1- 12 oz. block of tofu, cubed
2 1/2 oz. of Villano’s Unfamous Marinade
2 teaspoons of olive oil
4 cups of white rice
Your favorite stir fry vegetables
Place tofu in a plastic storage container and coat with 2 oz. of marinade. Let sit for 24 hours.
Place tofu in wok with a olive oil, cook to until crispy.
Remove from wok, Add 1/2 teaspoon of marinade to the vegetables.
Put olive oil in the wok and cook vegetables until tender.
Combine tofu and vegetables together and place over a bed of rice.
